STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

If making application for "Non-Resident Surplus Lines", the applicant must already hold "Non-Resident Producer - P&C" with LOA "Property & Casualty". The applicant must also hold two active P&C appointments.
Applicants applying for a Variable Contracts must supply NASD CRD number on application.

State fees will not be collected by NIPR (on behalf of MS) when a transaction is declined according to MS business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will still apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Applicant must not have an inactive Non Resident license in MS.
Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant's Date of Birth.
