STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Designated Producer(s): List all individuals holding a KS license
(resident license or NRL) associated with this Business Entity. Lines of
authority are based on the producer(s) qualifications in KS.
- Upon answering one of the background questions yes, additional documents
may be required. These documents should be sent to the following contact.

State fees will be collected by NIPR (on behalf of KS) when a transaction is
declined according to KS business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees
will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline
response.

must not have an inactive Non Resident license in KS.
- Applicant
must not have an inactive Resident license in KS.
- Individual
applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the
applicant’s Date of Birth.
