STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

All applicants: If any background questions are answered affirmatively please provide appropriate correspondence to Georgia Licensing Dept.
Variable Product applicants must provide NASD CRD number on their application.

State fees will not be collected by NIPR (on behalf of GA) when a transaction is declined according to GA business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will still apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Applicant must not have an inactive Non Resident license in GA.
Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
Applying for “Agent -Personal Lines” will not be allowed if the applicant holds both “Agent-Property” AND “Agent-Casualty” in Georgia for any license class offered electronically to non-residents.
Applicants applying for a Variable Products must supply NASD CRD number on application.
