STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Florida Law requires all insurance representatives to be fingerprinted. Fingerprint cards will be mailed to the applicant as soon as the application is received. The Department will accept any FBI approved fingerprint cards. Payment is made directly to Integrated Biometric Technology at www.fldfsprints.com or 888-717-5699. Payment is not to be submitted to the Florida Department of Financial Services.

State fees will not be collected by NIPR (on behalf of FL) when a transaction is declined according to FL business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will still apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
Applicant applying for Variable Contracts must also hold current Life in Resident State.
Non-Citizen of U.S. must hold:
1. Resident license address
2. U.S. Resident mailing address
3. U.S. Business mailing address
If applicant has combined Personal Lines and Property & Casualty they must choose Personal Lines OR General Lines - All
