STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Business Entities who are a LLC must provide proof of registration with the Delaware Secretary of State's Office. Please fax your documents to 302-739-5280 Attn: Producer Licensing.

State fees will be collected by NIPR (on behalf of DE) when a transaction is declined according to DE business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Applicant must not have an inactive NR license in DE.
Applicant must enter NASD CRD number on application when applying for Variable.
Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
